Representing the interests of the fashion accessories market, we work with government agencies, shipping lines and port authorities on a host of issues including product safety, trade and Customs issues and negotiating freight rates and service agreements to lessen the complexities that accessories manufacturers and importers face in importing their merchandise.

Networking and Collaboration

FASA establishes and announces the fashion accessories industry’s New York market dates together with Accessories Magazine. We bring together top manufacturers, reps, retailers and trade shows to discuss their needs and discuss timing of buying and deliveries to make sure everyone interests are taken into account. In addition we have a strong relationship with Fashion Institute of Technology, scholarships and seminars to help develop future stars for the accessories Industry.

We have key partnerships with Accessories Magazine, American Apparel and Footwear Association and FJATA (The Fashion Jewelry & Accessories Trade Association). A customs attorney and transportation attorney are available to answer questions for the industry. We also have numerous information technology and logistics solution providers including GT Nexus, Matson Logistics, PayCargo, E*Fill America, Roanoke Trade Services, Panjiva, and Vizion Logistics to bring additional service offerings to our members.
